Since the osteotomy will be initiated in the palatal slope of the socket, drills may be deflected (slipped) buccally. Why do you choose not to use bone trimmer or point drill? Thanks.
The reason is that as it is immediate placement case, after you extract the tooth, tissue punch would not be necessary and for the bone trimmer, it is to flatten the bone surface about 0.5mm but in this case most of the coronal part of bone would be gone so nothing much to trim as well.
When the program was setting the path for the guide, the undercut kept occurring near #4. Because of this undercut problem, the rockling action was happening and we had to cut #4 for the stable fit. Please kindly use this guide as the free-end case guide.*
