More ideally, the initial osteotomy should be planned correctly (Fig.16 (CT coronal section; B: buccal)) with sacrifice of the bone height.  The implant would be 10 mm, instead of 11.5 mm.  Sinus lift is imminent unless use of 8.5 mm one.
