There is no quality root structure (Fig.2) or space (Fig.3) for socket sheath with a 4x11 mm dummy implant in the socket. In addition, the abutment at #15 (5.5x5(2) mm) is incompletely seated probably related to the interference from the mesial crest. Bone profile drills are needed.
