Sufficient Bone with Thick Gingiva

A 57-year-old man has chronic periodontitis and bruxism.  Before restoring #30 implant, the tooth #13 is exfoliated (Fig.1).  Use Magic Split for access and bone density testing, followed by Magic Expanders or drills.  Because of the thick gingiva (pink) and the long bone, prepare 18 mm drills in addition to the proper surgical kit.
