Buccolingually the implant and its straight abutment (5.8 mm, A in Fig.5) are within restorative limit. The most coronal threads of the implant are exposed lingually. Autogenous bone and Osteogen are placed over the threads, followed by collagen membrane (*).
The abutment seems to be too large and close to #18. It may be difficult to fabricate the provisional. A 4.8 mm abutment may be more appropriate than 5.8 mm as a temporary measure. Once the tooth #18 is uprighted (distalized), the larger abutment can be used for the definitive restoration.
