With restoration of #30 implant, the symptom of #19 disappears until now (Fig.2).  He had had pain immediately before the crown of the tooth #19 was dislodged with fracture of build up.  There is enlarged periapical radiolucency of the mesial root (*) with possible root fracture (arrowheads).

There is increase in the periodontal ligament associated with the tooth #18 (*).

With the increase of the periapical lesion of the mesial root of the tooth #19, the mesial alveolus is narrower than the distal (blue dashed line).
