Three years 8 months post cementation, the crown at #31 dislodged.  The 4.5x5 mm 20 degree unipost is removed.  A 5x3 mm 0 ° unipost is resin bonded.  Retrospectively the angled abutment appears not necessary (Fig.13 (occlusal view)).
