Fig.1: The papillae of the residual roots of the upper first bicuspid (*) have lost morphology (blunted), which is ignored by the patient and the operator preop.  We should try not to make it worse, e.g., making incision through or nearby the papillae.  Immediate provisonal may press, reform and improve the papillae.
