When the tap changed to 5x17 mm at 14 mm (shorter to avoid further Inferior Alveolar Nerve injury, while to increase stability), there was no stability.  When 6x17 mm tap is inserted at 14 mm, it is stable.  The tap tip is very close to #30 distal root (Fig.4).
