No Pain No Gain

A 12-year-old girl has severe crooked teeth (Fig.5; front view of bite), especially on the top (Fig.6 side view of bite).  The top lip before treatment is protruding (Fig.3 (side view of face) arrow).  For the best cosmetic result, two of the top teeth are removed.  The bite after treatment is normal (Fig.5',6').  The facial profile is harmonious in rest (Fig.3') and with smile (Fig.4').
