The mesiodistal space allows to place a 5x14 mm implant (Fig.2 design).
Due to the fact that the osteotomy is placed off center, 4.5 mm appears appropriate (Fig.6). The implant has to be placed higher than expected because #30 is supraerupted. The occlusal clearance is obtained by placing the implant more apically. There is no air leakage or nasal hemorrhage intraoperatively. Coronal to the implant is 3.5x3 mm abutment, which is used to hold perio dressing in place.
