Fig.5: Bone height at the site of the tooth #2 appears to be 4.74 mm.  If the extraction is not too long ago, there is potential bone inside the sinus.  Or the sinus floor can be lifted up to 5 mm so that a 5x10 mm or 5x8 mm tapered implant can be placed.  CBCT is required to determine the buccolingual width and the diameter of the implant.
