Fig.3 (preop CBCT coronal section at the site of #7 where the implant is in the center): The bone is 4.4 mm wide, enough to place 3.0x17 mm one piece implant.  Although the ideal angulation for the abutment is 30º, the inherent angulation of the abutment of the angled one piece implant is 15º.  The abutment may need heavy preparation.
