The distolingual gingival recession is much more severe (Fig.14) than the distobuccal. There are deep pockets with tenderness in these abnormal sites (including distobuccal). It feels like that the implant threads are denuded underneath the distolingual gingiva, where no bone graft was done when the immediate implant was placed. The tooth #1 has #2 mobility with tenderness. It appears that the tooth #1 should be extracted. Bone graft is to be placed in the lingual of the implant at the site of #2.
