After nearly 2 years of treatment, including slendarization of the upper teeth (from the 2nd bicuspid to the 2nd bicuspid), brackets and bands are removed and after photos are taken.

There are two critical points: UR2 mesial cross bite or edge-to-edge (Fig.1',2') and possible overjet of U7s (Fig.2',3').  A rotation wedge should have been placed in the distal wings of U2 bracket initially.
