UR 4 and LR5 appear to be candidates for extraction (Fig.6 x).  Upper midline deviation to the left needs space on the right to be corrected.

In fact, automatic shifting is striking 2 months post extraction.  For example, distalization of the lower 1st bicuspid and canine is more obvious (Fig.13 arrows) than the upper canine.
