L4s seem to be extraction candidates for crowding (Fig.8 (mirror view) *).
In fact, automatic shifting is striking 2 months post extraction. For example, distalization of the lower canine is more obvious (Fig.14 arrow) than the upper counterpart. Oral hygiene appears to improve after extraction of the crowded teeth.
