Possible Palatal Wall Defect

A 69-year-old woman cannot chew with the tooth #8 with mobility and deep palatal pocket (Fig.1).  After extraction, explore the extent of the possible palatal plate defect.  If it is significant, draw blood for PRF after placing Metronidazole gauze.  Also use larger size of allograft, mixed with smaller one.  Take preop PA and photos to show buccal and palatal abnormalities. A UF implant (3.8 or 4x13 or 15 mm) will be used.  Hollow the crown for immediate provisional.
