One or Multiple Extraction?

A 36-year-old man develops periodontal abscess around #7 post SRP for the lower quadrants.  Last Saturday the pockets were irrigated with Hydrogen Peroxide.  Metronidazole was prescribed.  According to CT study on the teeth #6-10 (Fig.1-5), it appears that the tooth #7 is the most severely affected and therefore the most likely to be extraction for implant.
