Taps (3.8x12 mm at #9 and 4.1x12 mm at #8) are inserted after using 2.5 mm reamer. 

Since the larger tap is not seated as deep as the smaller one, it suggests that the osteotomy needs to be enlarged.

Implants (4.1x14 mm) are placed with insertion torque 50 and 35 Ncm for #8, 9, respectively, following 3.5 mm reamer (Fig.9).

No bone graft is placed in the nasopalatine canal.
