After adjustment of trajectory at #12 (away from #11 root) and increase in diameter of the osteotomy at #13 (3x10 mm drill in Fig.4), a 3.8x15 and 3.8x10 mm implants are placed (Fig.5).  The dummy implant (3.8x15 mm) is intentionally not completely seated with an apical space (pink dashed line in Fig.4).  Following adjustment of implant depth (Fig.6), the implant at #12 becomes loose, while that at #13 tightens.  < bone graft (Vanilla) for sinus lift.  The allograft (*) is also placed between the implants and the spaces buccal and palatal to the implant at #12 after placement of abutments (4.5x5(3) and 4.5x4(2) at #12 and 13, respectively).
