3.8 or 4.0x15 mm Implant
A 42-year-old woman presents to clinic with cc "top left tooth cracks upon biting on a small piece of stone". The buccal gingiva is tender, corresponding to the loose buccal segment of the tooth #13 (Fig.1). The crack may be secondary to severe wear of the 1st molar (Fig.1,2) in addition to deep slope of the affected tooth. A 4.5x15 mm IBS implant will be placed (Fig.3). Take PA following pilot drilling.
