Fig.3: The intraop PA is taken when the tooth is extracted.  The black arrowhead (^) indicates the possible sinus floor; whereas the white one (<) the apex of the socket.  Therefore, there is plenty of bone for the immediate implant.

Fig.5: When a 4.5x20 mm tap is inserted, the upper end is out of view.  It appears that the tap is most likely not to have penetrated the sinus floor, judged from Fig.3.  When the tap is removed, the upper end of the osteotomy is seen to be solid.
