UF Implant in Septum

A 43-year-old man has residual roots at #3.  Except socket that will be treated as a control, all of other preparation has been discussed in a previous case.  Take PA and photos preop.  Proximators will be used for this case, as the afternoon case is associated with periodontally affected teeth.
