Fig.2 (CBCT 3-D image, disto-occlusal view): The palatal (P) and distobuccal roots are fused.  The septum should be small, if present.  The socket should be large and single.  Prepare large pieces of gauze for 2% Xylocaine/1:50,000 Epinephrine.

Fig.3 (CBCT coronal section): B: buccal; P: palatal.  It would be nice to use a 8 mm diameter implant to obliterate the socket buccopalatally.  It may be too large for the socket mesiodistally.
