Fig.1: The right side of the existing upper partial denture needs modification, since an immediate implant is going to be placed at the site of #2. The implant is to solve the discrepancy of the space between #2 and 3. A bone-level implant was placed at the site of #3 5 months ago. So the clasps at #2 and the denture tooth at #3 are to be removed preop. This partial also replaces the teeth #7-9.
