Five months post cementation, the distal contact is slightly loose. The distal gingival embrasure is empty. The problem may be related to small (5.3 mm) bone level implant and relatively small abutment being used. When a large diameter (7 mm) tissue level implant is immediately placed, the gingival embrasure regression is less likely to occur.
