Finally a 5x11 mm IBS implant (2 mm longer than the previous one) is placed with insertion torque > 50 Ncm; a 6x2 mm healing abutment is placed (Fig.3,4). The advantages of the flapless surgery (because of the wide ridge) include no allograft or suture.
