Bone Expansion & Bending (BEB)

A 73-year-old man lost #15 implant 4 months ago with socket preservation (Fig.1 (taken 1 month post bone graft (^)).  The tooth #14 was extracted with socket preservation ~ 9 months ago.  The sites should be not so dense that Magic Split will be used to start osteotomy for 7 mm (Fig.2).  Prior to this step, use 1.5 mm or starter drill and surgical stent to mark the initial osteotomy.  BEB is followed by Magic Expanders (1 mm longer each).  Implants are expected to be 9 or 11 mm long (Fig.3,4).
