Socket Preservation

The 58-year-old man returns for #25 extraction while the redo implant at #12 is osteointegrating (Fig.1-3).  After discussion, he agrees with socket preservation with 8x8 mm BioXclude (Fig.4 * (4-0 PGA)) and Vanilla graft (Fig.5 *).  The socket is healing 6 days postop (Fig.6).
