Full Mouth Reconstruction

A 57-year-old man is interested in implants, but wants to have them step by step for financial reason (Fig.1).  Although he wants to have #9 and 10 restored first (Fig.2), impression will be taken for #9, 12 and 13 implant placement with guide (Fig.3,4).  The crown at #9 will be screw retained so that when he is ready for #12 and 13, the splinted crowns at #9 and 10 are able to be removed so that the guide will be used again with use of fixture anchor pin at #9.  In fact, the lab does not agree with the future use.
