PRFx2. 2nd surgery (#20 (2-3 months post extraction without bone graft), 22 (1 month post extraction with bone graft); 1 month post last surgery (#27,28,30 implant placement) PRFx1, remove 27/28 temp, and remove #28 abutment for fixture anchor PRN, seat the guide for #20,22 implant placement. If stability is high, place ball abutments and add the denture teeth.
