After finishing osteotomy at #19 according to IS drill sequence for 4x10 mm implant except cortical tap, a 4x9(2) mm Magicore is placed with ~ 50 Ncm (Fig.1).  Thin threads are less traumatic with less bone loss.  The implant with 4.5x3 mm solid abutment is stable for impression nearly 3 months postop (Fig.3).
