A 4.5x3 mm solid abutment is placed to check occlusion (Fig.2).  There is discrepancy in osteotomy depth probably due to difference between the implant systems or overprep for subcrestal placement (narrow ridge, Fig.2 *).  The implant could be 2 mm longer or the cuff could be longer (3 mm instead of 2 mm).
