Guided Immediate Molar Implant with Precision

As compared to guided delayed implant placement, the immediate one in the 1st molar needs one more Lidocaine and one Septocaine for pain control.  Trajectory is as good as expected with >50 Ncm (Fig.1,2 (red dashed line: superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal)).  With insertion of Vanilla allograft with autogenous bone (Fig.1 *) and a 6.5x4(3) mm cementation abutment,  an immediate provisional (Fig.3 P) is fabricated to keep the graft in place.
