Trajectory is as good as expected with >50 Ncm (Fig.2 (red dashed line: superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal)).  With insertion of Vanilla allograft with autogenous bone and a 6.5x4(3) mm cementation abutment, an immediate provisional is fabricated to keep the graft in place.  While the crestal bone resorbs (Fig.4 *), the density of the mesial socket increases 6.5 months postop.
