As compared to guided delayed implant placement, the immediate one in the 1st molar needs one more Lidocaine and one Septocaine for pain control. Trajectory is as good as expected with >50 Ncm (Fig.1,2 (red dashed line: superior border of the Inferior Alveolar Canal)). With insertion of Vanilla allograft with autogenous bone (Fig.1 *) and a 6.5x4(3) mm cementation abutment, an immediate provisional (Fig.3 P, as compared to preop) is fabricated to keep the graft in place.
