Sticky Bone for Periim-plantitis (M)
Access to the bony defect of #14 occlusally is limited due to #16 mesial incli-nation. Incision is made. After debride-ment, use of Round Brush, buccal plate decorti-cation and abutment retight-ening, sticky bone is placed around the exposure implant (I) threads and abutment (A) cuff amply (Fig.1,2 *). A piece of PRF membrane and 15x20 mm Vitala (Porcine Derived (peri-cardium) Collagen Membrane) are fixed in place around the abutment. The wound is closed with 4-0 PGA suture. The mobile teeth #12,13 and 16 are immobilized to #14 implant/abutment using acrylic as a wound dressing as well.
