A 54-year-old man with bruxism requests treatment at #4 and 12 with buccal fistulae (Fig.2). Due to large defects, a large, but short implants (5x7.3 mm) will be used for primary stability by engaging the mesial and distal walls. PRF membranes (x4) and liquid (x1 for sticky bone) will be prepared for sinus lift and buccal defect repair.
