A 54-year-old man with bruxism requests treatment at #4 and 12 with buccal fistulae (Fig.1-3).  Due to large defects, a large, but short implants (5x7.3 mm) will be used for primary stability.  PRF membranes (x4) and liquid (x1 for sticky bone) will be prepared for sinus lift and buccal defect repair.
