No More FPD
A 53-year-old man has a loose upper left FPD (Fig.1). He requests no more FPD if possible when restored by implants. In fact 3 implants can be placed (Fig.2-4). Horizontally impacted 3rd molars could be buccal (Fig.5) or distal (Fig.6) to the 2nd ones, causing periodontitis if not extracted early enough with bone graft. PRFx3 and dummy.
