Insertion torque of 5.3x8 mm implant (Fig.4 I) is >50 Ncm.  Prior to implantation, collagen membrane and mixture of autogenous bone and Osteogen are inserted to the osteotomy and pushed upward for sinus lift.

The sinus membrane is perforated when the 1.6 mm pilot drill is being used.  After the sinus lift before implantation, there is no leakage.
