Magicore Again

A 45-year-old woman returns to seek treatment for the recemented lower left FPD with open margin at #18 (Fig.1 *).  It appears that two implants will be placed (Fig.2,3).  Because of the narrow crest at #19, the ridge will be reduced before placement of a 4.5x7(4) mm Magicore (Fig.4).  A 5x9(2 or 3) mm one will be placed in the mesial slope of the extraction socket (Fig.2,3,5).  Alginate impression will be taken for wax up and surgical stent.
