Dense Bone
A 56-year-old man agrees to have immediate implant at #31 (Fig.1-5) 2 year post (re)cementation at #14,15. Osteotomy should be gentle with copious irrigation because of dense bone (Fig.4). After implant osteointegration, a provisional will be fabricated to intrude the supraerupted tooth #2 (Fig.5).
