Immediate Guide with Short Bone

A 72-year-old woman returns with loss of crown at #3 one and 2 years post cementation at #26 and #11-15 (Fig.1).  It appears that immediate implant achieves better trajectory with guide than without it when osteotomy involves the septal bone in a molar (Fig.2).  Take photos after extraction, after initial osteotomy, and after implantation to show that the osteotomy stays in the middle of the socket in spite of the sloped septum.
