Nearly 5 months post socket preservation.  Prepare 4 mm Biopsy Punch.  After light use of Tissue Punch to make mark in the gingiva, remove the guide, use the 4 mm Biopsy Punch to harvest the tissue and place the latter in PRF dappen dish.  If implant torque is low, place bone graft over the implant, return the tissue to the site and use perio glue for fixation.  Finally apply acrylic dressing.  Prepare Sinus Approach Kit and 4x10 mm IS dummy implant.
