Sinus Master Kit

A 57-year-old woman requests implant at #3 after temporarization of #7-11 (UF implant at #11).  Due to several neighboring crowns, implant placement will be free hand with incision.  Check whether there is water lifter in the master kit.  Initial depth will be 4 mm (Fig.1).  Insert PRF membrane and sticky bone (a little).  Prepare more of not so sticky one when needed.  The average bone density of the osteotomy area is 700 units.  Take photos of #10 and 11 (no denture pressure mark or fistula) before procedure.  57岁女要求做右上六植牙。
