1 or 2 Implants in Lower Incisors

A 53-year-old woman wants to convert lower RPD into implant-supported restoration after implant crowns at #30 and 3.  Since the mesiodistal width at #25,26 is 8.3 mm, two of 2 mm 1-piece implants (Fig.1 (CBCT sagittal section)) or one of a 3 mm 1 or 2 piece implant (Fig.2) is more appropriate?  For the single implant option, the site of #26 is chosen for a future 3-unit FPD in case of the tooth #24 fails (Fig.3 coronal section (B: buccal)).  Since bone density at the cancellous region is 200-400 units, a longer implant is more appropriate than the 12 mm one.
